This photograph is from Holi festival celebrated in India. These are widows playing holi at Shree Gopinath temple in Vrindavan , India. Widows in India are not allowed to celebrate any festivals , but since last three years this tradition is been broke by widows from all over the country celebrating this beautiful festival of holi . Watching them play was so joyful & one can easily see how they are connecting with god through their joy.

This was on the way to our hotel in Poovar , Kerala. An island far from the big city of Kerala , where fishing is the main source of income for many of the residents. Where there is light there is hope. I think this line goes with the photography aspects too. Anyways this photograph is from madame tussauds in London. We were just going to move out of the place when I found this lady perfectly standing with the light coming through a window , which made it a great frame to capture.
