Kerala was my first place in the southern part of India. Always wanted to explore this beautiful place & when encountered it met up with all my expectations. The thing I like the most there was the simplicity of people & the simple life they live. Full of natural beauty this place is like a dream place for nature lovers. I'm looking forward for a visit again in the south side of the country very soon! 

Another shot from the walk at a madarsa (Islamic school) , while a photowalk exploring Ahmedabad. It's been a great experience visiting that place , there was a special faith & devotion in those kids. We talk about learning , the whole life is about learning , having the experience , memories that make us learn how to live life. Photography is a medium for me to learn , explore new boundaries & places which I wouldn't have done otherwise. 

We encounter with hundreds of people daily in our lives. Photographs made me remember some of those , through it. Stories are not made , they are experienced , & while every day is a story , I try to make it memorable. We lose ourself in this journey , we loose that child inside , we try to be mature , full of rules , full of reasons , without simply looking life as it is the last chance to be the one we want , to do the things that our"ethics" don't allow , to learn that art we always wanted to , to travel the places we have planned for our bucket lists. Break that superficial chains you have created in your mind that holds us to live , free yourself from this cage , for this is your chance to live your own story.

Shot from the ghats of Varanasi , while exploring the dev deepawali festival. There were million of elements on the ghats. I like the minimal frame here & the colors give it a peaceful background. 

Shot from my visit to Varanasi last year on the occasion of Dev deepawali (Diwali of gods) . Diwali is one of the most celebrated festival in India , where people of different cultures & castes come together & enjoy the beauty of the festival. For me it's a new beginning , of new opportunities & stories that were been lost along the journey.  '

So the first photowalk in Ahmedabad gave us a chance to explore the unseen stories from a madarsa (Islamic school) which we found while wandering in the old city lanes. I was so happy to visit & see the devotion of those little kids reading & learning the holy Quran. The architecture of that place was so beautiful , situated near a mosque around 450 years old which gave it a great story of it's own.
